Returns & Exchanges policy :
We truly hope you're happy with your Revert purchase!

But if something isn't quite right, no worries-we're here to help. You're welcome to return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it's unused, with tags, and in a resalable condition.

We'll gladly process a full refund or exchange.
Just a small note: if the item comes back to us in a condition that isn't suitable for resale, we may not be able to refund the delivery charges.

International Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Revert. We aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience for all our international customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging are included.

The product is not a final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Undergarments or inner wear

Opened hijabs/scarves

Sale, discounted, or clearance items

Custom-made or personalized items

Accessories (earrings, headpieces) once opened

3. International Return Process

To file a return request:

1. Contact us at revertmodestfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

3. Once approved, you may return your package to our international return address.

Return Shipping

International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracable shipping service to avoid lost packages.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Exchanges

Due to international logistics, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color:

Please return the original item for a refund.

Place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–14 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card).

Important Notes

Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

If your package was refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the refund will be issued minus shipping fees and any carrier return charges.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund.

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by their country.

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.
