Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Revert (“we”, “us”) processes and ships orders to Egypt, GCC countries, and Europe.
1) Where we ship
We currently ship to:

GCC: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman

2) Processing time (before dispatch)
Orders are usually processed within [1–3] business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
During peak periods (launches/sales), processing may take longer—if so, we’ll notify you.
If an item is pre-order / made-to-order, the expected dispatch window will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
3) Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by address, weather, and courier operations.

Delivery commitment (important):
We show an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout / in your order confirmation. If a specific delivery date is agreed, we aim to meet it. If delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll support you with courier escalation and options.
(For reference: many consumer frameworks—including EU guidance—expect delivery within 30 days if no delivery time is agreed, and allow cancellation if the trader fails after an additional reasonable deadline. We avoid this by always showing delivery estimates at checkout.)
4) Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size.

5) Cash on Delivery (COD) — Egypt only
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible addresses in Egypt.

COD payments are accepted in EGP only.

Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

If the courier cannot reach you, they may attempt delivery again.

Refused/undeliverable COD orders may be subject to re-shipping fees or return handling fees (because shipping costs are still incurred).
We reserve the right to require confirmation (phone/SMS/WhatsApp) for COD orders.
6) Address accuracy & delivery attempts
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and active phone number.
If an order is returned due to:

incorrect/incomplete address,
-
unreachable recipient,
-
refusal to accept delivery,
you may be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-send the package.
7) Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/number (when supported by the courier). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
8) Customs, duties & taxes (GCC & Europe)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local handling charges determined by the destination country.
Unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout, international orders are shipped on a basis similar to DAP (Delivered At Place): we ship to your country/address, while the customer is responsible for import clearance and any duties/taxes charged on arrival.
Customs processing can also cause delays outside our control.
9) Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., customs inspections, courier disruptions, weather, local restrictions). If delays happen, we’ll help you track and escalate with the carrier.
10) Damaged, missing, or lost parcels
If your package arrives damaged or appears opened:

Take clear photos/video of the parcel and items immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours at [support email] with your order number.
If the courier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund according to our Returns/Refunds Policy.
