COD terms (Egypt):
COD is available for eligible addresses only.
You must pay the full amount in EGP to the courier at delivery.
If you refuse delivery or are repeatedly unreachable, we may restrict COD eligibility for future orders and/or charge re-shipping/handling fees reflecting actual courier costs.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (delivery times, tracking, customs, etc.).
Delivery timeframe transparency (Egypt): We show the estimated delivery timeframe at checkout/order confirmation. Under Egypt’s consumer framework (including distance/remote contracting rules), consumers have protections where delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe and in other specified situations.
International customs (GCC & Europe):
Unless we state otherwise at checkout, international shipments may be subject to import VAT/duties/fees payable by the customer upon arrival.
Returns/exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Egypt (general consumer right): The executive regulations to Egypt’s consumer law are widely summarized as giving consumers the ability to return/replace many products within 14 days of receipt (subject to exceptions and conditions).
Europe (EU consumers): If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, with legal exceptions (e.g., certain sealed goods after unsealing, made-to-order items, hygiene reasons, etc.). Our policy will not limit your mandatory rights.
Promo codes are subject to stated conditions (time, products, minimum spend).
We may cancel promotions if misused or applied in error.
